Michael Jarmana is as respected in the sales field as he is in the deregulated energy industry in the USA. While studying for a science degree, he was offered the opportunity to partake in an internship with the well respected Southwestern Co; a company that is well known for producing some of America’s leading young salespeople. Despite having no experience in sales when he first embarked upon his journey, Michael was fortunate enough to be tutored by the company’s leading salesperson and he took full advantage of this to be awarded a Top First Year Salesperson award.

Following successful internships with Southwestern as well as graduation, he became a leading salesperson within the newly deregulated energy market. Prior to this time, energy consumers were unable to choose between suppliers and were essentially forced to go with the closest supplier, in terms of geographic location. Once the industry was deregulated, it threw up various challenges for suppliers and energy companies alike. Michael Jarmana recognized these challenges and helped suppliers fulfill their marketing and customer acquisition needs.

With incredible success, Michael Jarmana set about assisting suppliers to sell their products and buoyed by this success he helped establish and develop Stream Energy. Stream Energy, thanks partially to Michael Jarmana, quickly became a major player in the energy industry increasing its annual turnover to more than $1bn in just four years. Using the expertise and experience gained during this time, Michael went on to establish one of the most effective and profitable sales systems in the energy industry; something that he continues to develop while teaching companies and salespeople from around the country these very same methods.
